Exhaust valve actuator.....? Any body?

Havent seen any issues with that yet, but just an FYI... I was told that if you simply remove the the power valve assemble from the sled and put it back on you need to do a relearn procedure with the Digital Wrench. This is listed in the service manual, not sure how important it is, just passing along the info. Eric

If you just unbolt it from the cylinder and take it out without taking anything else apart it doesn't need a relearn.

But if you remove it and clean the valves its will need a relearn....Is that correct? Kind of recall something along those lines. Eric

Nope if you just unbolt the housing and remove the assembly from the cylinder you are able to clean them and reinstall them without issue. Its only when you take the assembly apart or mess with the cable that you need to do a relearn.

This makes more sense.

I have had mine apart and completely swapped the everything out with new guillotines and cable. Never had an issue just simply bolted everything back on and away we went. There is no adjustment on the cable and is a straight forward deal so not sure what they are relearning. Polaris will sell the lower guillotine but you can't buy the upper seperate because they claim there is a special assembly on them so you have to buy them as a complete unit. Doesn't make sense and I haven't tripped a code in 150 miles. Maybe if you take the servo apart then I can see the need for a re learn.
