Evo 215 flash

And I thought u were serious about the heavy front! I'm waiting for my flash to get back and the clutches are being balanced I'm just gonna have to drive to wyoming to test, think this wait is worse than last year cause now evo has got these machines workin.:face-icon-small-hap

It works really good! Coming off an m8 took some adjustment as far as positioning on the sled goes. If u try to ride it like an m series it doesn't work! Finding if I keep my weight further forward it responds quite well. Only thing I hate is how damn hot my clutches get. I'm not blowing belts and I'm running it fairly hard but all that heat can't be any good.
Oh ya and the sled feels heavy for about 30 seconds after getting off my 800 and then u completely forget about it because its got gobs more power. And when I got it stuck I was reminded of just how heavy it actually is! Yikes

91 octane I have no intentions of running 93 at home and probably won't at elevation if it runs like this.
Rails are reinforced

I'm pretty careful to land flat if I leave the ground. I've never had any problems with bent rails just catwalking.

PRobably cause it looks like you just stay into the throttle. Looks fairly smooth! I like it!

I found myself flying off a 20ft cliff last season in the Uinta's, wasn't expected we were looking for a lost guy and it came outta nowhere. Long story short when in doubt gas it. Landed with flipper pinned and my giant 250lb frame and never bent a thing the beast just repsonded and pulled its giant azz right outta that ditch wash, had to retighten handlebars though. Jbiz if u don't have the fan and some blankets get them they are a key and check your offset.

I have the fan but no blankets. The riding around here is around -10 to -20c right now at a pretty decent rate of speed with Tons of venting. With the airflow under the hood I can't imagine the heat is coming from the turbo. When riding in the mountains the heat is only gonna get worse.

Rode my evolution 215powersports flash with blow off valve and fan kitsolenoid all weekend. No problems and runs like a champ. What a great product. Would recommend to any one thinking about a flash.

Look at your header after a long pull! It's cherry red and its right next to your belt. The turbo's right there and there is a lot of heat in that turbo with that fan blowing it throughout your underhood area.

On My 2013 1100T
The 4 bolt collector flange ( Header to turbo) get's cherry RED !!!!!!!!
I have the blankets ( header and turbo) and ALL the EVO stuff
( am running the 215 flash)
2 gall of 100 av to 8 gal of 91...
Sure get's hot and I don't like the glowing red flange-- timing?

The blankets will smoke till they are cured from the heat- so expect that.....
Like to cover the exposed area of that flange-- any ideas?
