Any feedback or experience on the map tune stage 1 in the g5 motor? After watching a bunch of vids that g5 with the 165 look about unstoppable. Pretty much will have a machine capable of going almost anywhere. My turbo m1000 was like that, it was only a 2.6 162 and it would go anywhere. 80 mph track speed does the trick haha.

Be nice to have that full 6.5 lbs boost at 5k feet!! I have no problem running av gas. Not that much more than ethanol free fuel around my area anyway.

There’s Better gains in a clutch kit than the stg 1 maptun.

The expert looks like it has better shocks, has the adjustment limit strap. Not sure if it has the seat with belt holder? Is there a place to store a spare belt on a doo? Never owned one but thinking of getting this for my 2nd sled. I also have a 9r pro 155. Can't decide between this blue doo or a 165 boost pro or khoas. 2k off on doo and 0% interest is the deal. No set up or freight fee.

That's a fair deal. The mid season release is an Adrenaline with Edge package. Pretty different sleds. The mid season release has some goodies on it the Expert does not have. The edge will have T motion, which I prefer. Sled is way more playful. The biggest difference is the running boards. The Edge has the SP style running boards. Didn't think I'd care for them, but did great, even on deep days. If I could get the above sled as an X, I would do it. I don't care for the Expert. I've owned both, prefer the T motion hands down. Not to mention the mid season release is an awesome color.

A turbo 154 will not do well on steep chutes.

Especially a Doo.

Got it today, did a easy 25 Miles first, found a play area and was getting on the throttle some. It would build boost and lay over and bog like running out of fuel. Barely made it back to the f.ckin truck. Wtf. No codes, I'm a automotive technician so it feels like a fuel pump issue. Is this a problem with ski doo?not impressed.. my 9r is running amazing!!

sounds like the rav motor died. Seems to be a problem lately but no codes is weird. Either the motor is junk right out of the box or just perfect. let us know what the dealer finds please. Peter

I can see this causing a low power issue but this is also a not running issue. If the rav valve motor failed that would not cause it to run on 1 cylinder at times.
I changed plugs on the trail also with no change.

Muskoka freeride on yout ube had the same problem one day as me and it was his fuel pump.
