Enough snow in madres or battle area?

So a buddy and I are headed west on Jan 8th. We have rode the Snowies a lot. The snow really isn't that great yet so considering the Madres. Sounds like they are under a storm watch. :face-icon-small-win I have stayed at Ten Mile outside of Saratoga but never any closer than that to the Madres. Where is a good place to stay? Is there someplace to ride from the door? Any knowledge would be greatly appreciated.

Just got back yesterday. There is plenty to ride/get stuck... But i would sure hope they get more by the 23rd when you go out there.
 
I just got back tuesday night. Lost creek around to little bowl hardly had a track till we went thru on saturday. Don't know about now but it was great when we went thru. The playground. Was blown out pretty good. Still found untracked on monday and was plenty deep
