ok so this sob still wont pump oil...or rather, it wont bleed the oil line. oil flows through it but don't fill up the line :S
I have checked that the pump i working, new oil filter and new oil line and still a no-go...I'm quite sick of having the sled in parts now, done 100 miles this year and as it looks its about two, in best case three weeks left of the season :face-icon-small-sad

do you have the manual? Did you open the bleed screw up to get the air out?

yeah got the manual and yes i have had the bleed screw open for about 20-30 minutes now and it just fills around half the line and drops oil wont empty the whole line of air.
If i close the screw the oil backs up the line again

If you need cheaper shipping from the US you can try jetcarrier. They det you up with s US adress (New Jersey) and forward your packages by sea or air quite cheap. I've used them many times, no issues.

Have you tried pulling the line off and holding it up till the air bubble is on top and then dropping it down slowly so the air bleeds out? If you get all the bubbles out and then it forms another bubble with the oil tank full then your line most likely has a hole in it somewhere.

If you crack the bleed screw loose will it not spill oil out into the engine bay? (to make sure your getting flow from the tank)

Last time I did it, after we bled the line, upon initial startup we depressed the oil lever manually (at idle) to WOT position to ensure it was flowing and had no problems.
