They've always been hit or miss with me. Every time I've sent my wife in to pick up a part she's walked out irritated. Were you looking for service, parts, or to buy a sled?
I had quite a bit of experience with them 2 years ago and I can't say any of it was good. Their service was bad to say the least and the owner Derrick provided terrible customer service. If you want more info PM me and I will give you the specifics.
I would like to buy from them because I am friends with one of Derricks employees but I wont because of the things I know. PM Smoothdawg and ask him how they took care of him on a warranty issue. He will be more than glad to tell you
I was just kind of fishing, I have had a couple of bad experiences with them and will not go back.
