Blew my 05 REV 2 weeks ago, put a piece of the piston thru the block. Only took a day to fix though.....just parked her in the corner and bought an XP!

The dealer called, told me that my MAG side cylinder was delaminating! Probably a faulty cylinder.

You delaminated it I usually just gouge my way through the nicasil. Sounds like warranty to me.
