Don’t ride your 18 or 19!!

Yup still plugged in. Throttle wasnt iced up, but will try that next ride.

2019 only.
Next to the radiator cap. (Clutch side)
U have 3 plugs there.
The small black plug is for the kill switch.
The grey plug is for the TSS.
The large black plug.... i assume it is for the left bar controls?

U can pull them all out and unplug without removing the hood.

Left side close to the console.

Plenty of YouTube videos.

Beat me to it.

We unplugged a rental sled the other day.

It was unridable

yea thats exactly rite im glad you could read, i brought the sled back with 120 km on it... and the tunnel is tweaked because is made of pop can tin. but your a super smart guy so you knew that already. the sliders are missing from the track clips gouging them off in between the two rails.. but you super smart so you probably knew that already to. and the muffler melted my side panels... but maybe its cause of user error rite? from what you read to what you can comprehend it sounds about you got the IQ of an acorn.. and your a smart a$$ with a big mouth... kinda like on snow and mud. all of these things are known problems but you probably knew that to. OH! and now to top it off they are going to put a flash in the ecm that makes the sled run like garbage... sounds like a home run to me. I have two ski doos in my shop and other than clutching they dont have any of these problems... and when i go in for warranty its covered... ill tell you that for free.

Seriously though, how'd you bend your tunnel on a new sled? Use a jack?

So after 4 pages of reading only 2 good reviews of updates? I have 2100miles issue free on my 18. thinking after these reviews I might not take it in for the update

I'm thinking that too. My Alpha has ran flawless for 350 miles. Never skipped a beat yesterday in 3' of fresh. Seems like some BS if AC won't come out and tell the truth.

Had mine re flashed as required at 575 miles (on 3/1/19). It SUCKS
boggy, idol's high, which it never did before, and in general runs like crap. This thing just ripped before. I talked to my dealer complaining and he said it takes a few rides. Why would a program take a few rides?

Unless it went back into breakin mode?

Is the 2018 different?

Ive ridden my sled in DEEP snow this year several times. Like 4-5’ plus. No bog ever. I noticed there’s a deflector on the exhaust like I had made for my 2014. The 14 was bad. When the nose was under the snow it didn’t run for crap so I know what you are talking about. Just never had it happen on the Alpha. On my 14 I had a custom snorkel, like off a turbo sled, made for it and that solved the bog problem for sure.

Reflash on my alpha. Idle Rpm 2600 all day. Ran good until the 3ft I was riding made it cut out to 5-6k rpm max about 15-20 times. Even wiping intakes at WOT doesnt bring it out of limp mode. Even when the exhaust is out of the snow it takes awhile to clear up and run full rpm. I have this issue on my 18 too but not this bad. Granted it was deep AF today but still. Felt like I was on my 10 m8 again with 20 intake screens. Ran great and pulled hard when the ecu didnt cut power out. And ya, still backfired on shut off. Gonna get the silber flash on this once its out cause this is gay AF. Riding my 19 MC tomorrow so will see if its just the deep snow causing the power cut out.

Yup dog crap. Back to back with my alpha today and MC. MC ran stronger without the reflash and didnt backfire. Alpha backfired and pow stuffed exhaust cut out power from ecm. Idle was better, came back down from 2600 to normal. I wonder if this reflash did a break in over oiling mode all over again. I ran thru way too much oil yesterday compared to normal. NOT getting this done to my MC until cat gives answers.

Did the silber ECU flash after I pulled their turbo off the flash runs really good other than 4 ft deep it does get a bit of a bog did pick up about 4 more grams went from 70.0 to 74.4 in the primary. Not quite a smooth on the bottom that likes to try to climb on the pipe so you get that pipe feel to it

I am more that content with my Sibler reflash. When the bulletin first came out, I was concerned until I researched the nature of Arctic Cats reason behind it. I never had any problems with shooting flames or aggressively high RPMs at idle at any time during the life of the sled. I am running an aftermarket can as well.

I'm going to leave it as is with the Sibler tune because it flat out rips!!
