All i got was a coffee cup w/the company logo printed on it...i think ill donate it to charity
Looks to me like he didn't.
So if they took YOUR bonus and "donated" it, I'd call accounting and ask exactly how much was donated and if they in fact put it in your name that they give you the receipt so you may claim it on your income taxes. There is no reason that they should be able reap the rewards of donating something and using your name to do it and you not at least being able to benefit from it.
