does the power claw track suck or what

I just went and ordered a new 141 2.25 PC track from countrycat power-claw

Powerclaw is the best track ever. period. I had no problems up or down last year. If it's too steep coming down, hit reverse and let er' bounce rev limiter Makes a cool avalanche in front of you.

you are ruining your belt. But sometimes it needs to be done. Better yet if your not sure about going down and can get stopped wrap belts around the skis. never down it but it could save you a belt. also it doesnt work all that well, tried it once on the 09 and still wound up in the trees, better than nothing though.

How does the powerclaw do in hardpack conditions like set up spring snow

Just got done ridding the pc in spring like conditions in AK. Too warm up here. losing our snow. It reall sucks NOT bites hard and breaks hard and slides around corners with the power down. Been riding for 35 + years and this track is by far the best I have ever been on. We had 3 feet of fluff a couple of months ago and after reading posts like this about downhill breaking I really tried to find something wrong, steep hills no tracks and let her fly down, hit the breaks and will use less next time. Stops, corners and digs like no other lite track I have ever ridden. I dont understand the bad reviews this track shines everywhere I have ridden it.
