Do you drive in the left lane?

Is it OK to run people off the road for needlessly driving in the left lane?

What's up with that?

LOL...It's MY lane and NO ONE else can drive in it!!!
I like it when people refer to it as the "fast" lane.....same speed limit in ALL lanes.;)

It's the law! Stay out of the left lane except to pass. Get the fugg out of my way, and if I'm not going fast enough, I'll get the fugg out of your way. It's common courtesy.

The left lane is for faster traffic. It is Colorado State law that the left lane is to be used only for passing. Since I drive fast I stay in the left hand lane, trailer or not! I usually pass people the entire way so that means that I am not breaking the law. Now what pi$$es me off are the people that won't move to the right lane when you come up behind them, it's common courtesy.

I did notice that there is no posted speed limit on I70 going down the hill into Denver. There is however, a posted minimum speed limit. Hmmmmmmmmmmm?
Does that mean that I can do 90mph? If people are obviously holding up traffic and they are in the left lane, just move over!

Just once, I would like to "move" one of those clowns who stay in the left lane just to hold you up, & you know they are doing it just to pizz you off!

Answer this....do you expect someone to exceed the speed limit, risk getting a ticket or an accident because you didn't leave early enough??? Or would it be better if you want to get somewhere earlier to just leave earlier??:rolleyes:

Yeah I drive in the left lane fair bit...because I'm usually doing 10-15mph over and passing a lot. I hate people that drive 5 over or less and diddle dally all day in the left lane. Several times I've finally almost hit people to get them to move. Only reason I didn't is because I don't want damage to my vehicle. I almost put on a front end replacement when I hit a deer last spring but one of the reasons I didn't was because I knew if I had one I would use it. :D

They are just doing there duty as hard working tax payers to make shure you are safe and obeying the law.
Here I thought we were talking about 2 lanes.

I expect them to drive in the the DRIVING LANE, not the PASSING LANE!!!!!

Der:confused:

When you get up here Mafesto, you'll see the bumper that I have on the front of my truck. I can move some cars and all I'll need is a can of black paint to fix the scratches:D

Around here we have 3-4 lanes....and they are all full. ALL lanes are for driving. When a left lane is for passing ONLY, it has to be clearly marked as "passing only", and that is only good for 7 miles, typically in hilly areas so truckers don't slow traffic by using both lanes.
I like to drive no more than 55 in the left lane, that way I don't have to slow down for cars getting on/off the freeway so I can use the cruise control and get better mileage.:face-icon-small-win

I don't care what other people do, as long as they don't prevent me from doing what I want.
I don't speed because I'm late, in fact I am usually early. I speed because I hate going slow.
