Is there any rule against having a child ride sitting in front of you when riding? I want to take my 3 year old out, but dont want to get harassed.

Not that I am aware of. I use to take my kids with me when they where 3 and up. I have a harness that straps them to me. So I do not have to hold on to them. I used it four wheeling as well. My kids loved it. When I stand up the would be lifted up with me. Friends always said it was a funny view from behind. All you could see was little legs and arms flying around. Good times.
