Does anybody know why no one has tried to use the fuel injection off of a pwc? The only reason I can think of would be you couldn't change the fuel/air ratio to tune it, unless you hacked the computer with megasquirt? Any input on this?

Not yet, only listed it locally. Will probably list it on here and other forums one of these days.

I really wanted to see what you were going to do with it.

I hope you get it sold quickly.

OH, BTW, congrats to those Bison of yours. Who is moving into the coaching spot?

Thanks Scott.

It still might get done, I do need to sell it but I am not going to give the stuff away. So if I dont get what I think is a fair price for it and the motor I will still build it eventually.

Go Bison! They promoted the D-coordinator. He has assembled an awesome staff (since Bohl took majority of his to WY) and is assembling what looks to be a monster recruiting class, so things are still looking up for NDSU.

The program won 8 national championships before Bohl and will continue to win them post Bohl.

Nah...go Griz. :)

We were REALLY hoping to play you guys this year but Coastal Carolina got their way in that one.
We forgot to play football in the 2nd quarter, but we clawed back. Lost by 5.

There was a weird call in the 4th Q on a play that put us on the 3 yard line.
After that play concluded, the refs went back and wanted to review the PREVIOUS play that ended at the 17. It was weird. Not sure how they could do that.
They confirmed the ruling from the 17 and the play stood, but the play after that, which put us on the 3 yard line was erased. It was really weird. The Big Sky conference commissioner was really vocal about that one afterward.

Anyhooo....the 2nd quarter killed us and we lost.

It's always good to have a shot at the #1 to know where you REALLY match up, and we didn't get it. But, don't we go to Fargo in September?

I watched the first half of the Coastal game until the Bison game came on, and yeah that 2nd quarter was rough. I heard about that 4Q call but missed it cause I was watching the Bison game. Yup the Griz go to Fargo 9/20. Will be a good test early for a new coaching staff and reloaded team.

Pictures of my 1200 I am selling and Scott's old Lt Dan chassis I am selling as well. The motor is in a different chassis at the moments but I would sell anything separate or as a package.

I always thought that the front mount arm on the EZ Ryde could be mounted an inch or so lower. The skis were slightly heavy with just a bit of trenching in powder.

I hated to mess with it too much tough.
As you can tell, I had a couple of different mount holes due to a couple of different skids in there over the 8 years since it was built.

1050 pipe options, etc

So I've been picking up parts and pieces as I can afford it to go with the 1050 stuff I bought from Mattymac. Got some "220" cylinder cores to have redone, a couple sets of twin carbs to rack up, both clutches. Had a couple water pumps left over from a bunch of 650 stuff I sold some time back (but I think they might be off another model, XLT or something).

Still needing ignition pieces, Ultra recoil, reeds/boots, crank, exhaust, another Hot Seat head to go with the Hot Seat head cover/domes Matt sold me and more little stuff that I'm forgetting.

Didn't see a lot in previous pages regarding 1050 pipes, what are most of you using-- modded 700 pipe sets, Crankshop sets or just what?? If modded sets, which are the best ones to find partial sets to have cut/rewelded/etc? SLP, Holz, who?? I saw these on Ebay, didn't know if these might be an option to have customized to fit:

I knew going in there wouldn't be a lot of 1050 stuff popping up, so I'm slowly getting what I can when I can for this, probably going to be a while before I'll really be pestering y'all with questions :D

Thanks a lot!!

Check around, shops like Jaws, NPP, or crank shop should sell you all the parts and pieces you will need to custom fit a set of pipes.

I also have a set of stock reeds/ stuffers for sale, they only have about 50hr on them, PM me if your interested

I bought them off eBay, as far as I know the reed cage and stuffers are the original PWC parts and the pedals are aftermarket carbon fiber.

Has anyone measured the 900/1050 case vs the 1200 case, to see if there are any volume differences? Like say does a 900/1050 case equal the same volume of the 1200 case after they both receive the same machine work to accommodate 800 ves sled cylinders?

Also, do the 1050 cases need to be fly cut for the 84mm big bore 700 (754cc twin) cylinders? I'm assuming so since they need to be clearanced for the 85mm 800 cylinders.....

I don't think so. But one way to tell, just drop a jug on the top case and see if she slides in...
