Differences between ZX and S

I've ridden all of them (except for the xp) and I'd rate them this way.

RT>S-chassis>ZX>REV

It could very well be this way because of the power differences though. The rev I rode was only a 600, the zx was the standard 800 twin, the s was a 809 triple, and the RT was 1000.
 
Stick with the ole S chassis..Just as fun , half the money and WAY better for your sex life...Want proof?

1)... Brand new sled..$13000 ish.

2).....New fancy riding gear to match that $13000 sled..$1500 ish.

3)......The look on your buddy's face when you tell em you didnt feel like goin out the next day cuz your back was too sore ridin the ole S chassis ,so you wound up stayin in the hotel and played strip poker with his olelady , who not only hates sleddin but is obviously TERRIBLE at poker...................................... PRICELESS!!

Does anyone remember that ZX sled that had the rider forward conversion on it? It had a 670 motor in it and a AC skid, I can't remember the site!

Seriously outdated. He still has the sled- sitting in the backyard. In all likelihood, it saw it's last hurrah last season. He's busy with turbo'd apexes this year.

My zx, however, has been reincarnated once again, and is pretty much a duplicate. Slightly taller seat, got just a hair more forward on the foot wells, bars a bit taller. Modded 800 instead of the modded 670. 144" finger instead of 136" finger. His aluminum welding has gotten much better than mine, though, so he did most of the welding on the running boards. In fact he's given me quite a bit of his time to get mine back together yet again (thanks Cory!). He did the seat on mine, too. I should give credit to the company he works for, as well, as it has now been rebuilt twice using their facilities.
