One of the rollers on the secondary snapped right off just riding up the trail

Thats the newest gen 2 roller from advant-edge. I ran one on my turbo for 2 winters & never ever saw anything like that.

New problem!

Took apart the secondary, much worse than the pictures show, took out my jackshaft bearing and seal as well Bough a new Yamaha secondary and Shockwave helix as replacement. Now the problem is I cant get my belt to sit flush on top on the secondary when stopped, always sits in about 1/4 inch when breaks applied. Tried a different spring, different belt, different primary, different secondary, different helix (stock), different twist all with the same result. If you let it roll to a stop the belt pops up in the secondary after one revolution or so. Anyone have any thoughts??

on the back of the secondary there are three small screws that adjust your shieves the have washers on them add more washers and that should bring the belt higher in the secondary. just be sure to use the same size washers, somebody may have removed the ones that were there.
