DD issues with turbo ?!

Blew mine in pieces last year , seeing a lot for sale with new DD 's.
Thinking about a bdx high torque gears and case .. Just cure toys how many others have blown them .. Have a extra in my back pocket , but don't want to ruin another one .. Run 12 pounds most the time ..

Blew my planetary gears at the end of last year. Before that, 4 years with no problems at 12 lbs of boost. Got a new drive in now- will give it one more chance before I go to the diamond lite drive. Don't want to give up reverse.

3500 miles 8-12 psi not 1 issue on 2010 m8. I do replace the bearings in the dd every year.

I have run the HT gears in my TM1000 for 2 seasons now at 12#'s. They're loud as they're straight cut gears. No longer blowing the thrust washers out of the planetary. I think it's well worth the investment.
