Dale from H2O in sicamous??

His clutch kits work, they are not just some throwtogether parts in a box. He tests all his setups in the mountains and has come up with some great packages. Unlike other kits that are just weights and a spring he replaces most of the parts in BOTH clutches to work together with each other so you get a wicked fast upshift, with an awesome backshift under load. With his kit in last years XP none of his customers went through any belts, 3000+ kms on some of them. For instance one thing he has the no others do is a 54 tooth bottom gear for the XP this way you dont have to go as small on the top and risk breaking your chain, or go small there as well and get a huge ratio drop. 19:54 = 2.84 VS 19:47= 2.47 , you could even go 20:54 and be 2.7!
The sled will still do 70 mph but the clutches sure run cool when you are climbing and working it at 40mph!
He does do things a little different, and doesnt have time to deal with people that arent serious about having the best. So if you are serious give him a call and get the goods, you wont be sorry, its big money but you get the best.

Not bashing, just making sure I understand what you're saying...$700 for a setup that drops from 70mph to 40mph track speed and cool belts when climbing???

70mph top speed on the trail 40mph when loaded in the deep, this is with a 2.5" Challenger. A stock xp will only pull at max 60kmh in the deep on a climb, it might doo 200 on the trail but that is on the trail. Dale sells a mountain setup that doesnt blow belts, and works killer! and yes cool belts when climbing are good...

brew- I'll take the 2.25 at 50+.

I dealt with dale 2 times. He was an azzwipe both times. So, even though his clutching may be good, should I buy from him? Never!

I would go with Dynamo Joe, I have had his kit in my old 03' Summit, and it made a huge difference. He knows his product inside and out. He works very close with the racing department at the doo factory. Excellent service backed by his guarantee. I think it's the best bang for your buck.

H2O in Sicamous

i don't know what Dale's abilities are as far as clutching but i can say the guy idealt there with last year (not sure if it was dale or not) but he was a real a$$. my sled was dead on top of blue lake and i went to his shop to ask for help/suggestions to get it going to get off the hill he said not his problem, not one of his customers but if i can get it off the hill he would look at it in a week or so. ya that's great dealer support!!!! the guy doesn't deserve to be a dealer. i got far more help from the guys at the Napa store and Rene helped me by far the most discussing and troubleshooting and gave me a ton of spare parts to try!!! Thanks Rene. for those who don't know Rene you should look him up if you are in the area. he has a great lodge, good rates, offers tours and has wicked knowledge of the area. oh, did i mention he also has a shop so you can work on your sleds if needed. yo can find him at Eagle Valley Lodge in 2km east of Sicamous.

check it out

If I had to buy a Doo......I'd definately get Randy to hook me up and probably get Al to finish it off. I wouldn't even look at any other dealer within the area.
And if you're lookin' for parts Keystone normally has something you need.

I live in Edmonton and buy almost all my parts through Randy. Much rather support those guys than the shmucks around here.
