Just posting some FACTS...they seem to be more believable than...stating how D8's rule the world on yet another thread. Real world riding also shows me that no-one is out there in the deep putting on much of a show on STOCK units. Nor are sleds left with full factory set up...if it is bought by a back country rider.

So get real...state the mods, set up , rider ability...and get off the brand bashing

Hey Darko...

The hillclimb results are just a fun reference to get a rise out of a few Posers and those that argue...for the sake of argument. Don't read too much into that. Its just funny that Cat and Doo have the overwhelming bulk of the hillbilly wins,,,and yet people brand bash...as though they should never build another sled.. its friggen hilarious to read and watch these rants unfold


I actually ride 90% in 3 key areas... Brandywine Rutherford and Revy..
My sleds are purpose built for the steep and deep and at $23K and counting...here's hoping I won't be doing any hillbilly rock bashing soon

Fair enough, like i mentioned i always just get a huge kick out of Jackson results, and as i can see we both know they dont mean jacksh!t in the real world of riding out west.

Before you continue on about something you apparently didn't read very closely, go back and peruse my first post. I described the minimal mods done, explained rider ability and experience, and certainly was very careful to not have folks percieve from the comparison any brand bashing whatsoever.
It was all reallife. You seem a little thin skinned on the issue though, any reason for that ?
As I said earlier, I didn't care one way or the other, still don't, although I found it very interesting. Hopefully you'll have an opportunity to do a comparison with a group as impartial as ours was.
