Just looking for a little update on the snow. Both north and south of the highway if anybody knows... Heading out on wednesday just wondering.. Thanks..

Rode from Sparwood(Corbin road) was absolutely incredible!!!!!! 3-5 feet of powder depending on where you could make it to. Trails are a little rough but well worth it. Sorry, no pics, too busy having a blast.:)

First time in Fernie

Like is says... first time.. Meeting up with another guy thats has a cabin somewhere around there ( buddies of a buddy kinda thing ) anyways, was wondering a good place to shack up and riding area info... thanks

Any update on Crowsnest area? We're heading down with some novice riders this weekend, staying at the Inn on the Border. Is there enough snow to play around and boondock down low, or do we have to load machines and drive to a staging area? What's the best area for noobs, Corbin? Thanks! Hoping for good weather!

Corbin was great this weekend. The weather was excellent nice and sunny was plus 3 yesterday. We probed a few spots around 10 - 14' lots of nice like powder on top and setup pretty good too. It was first time in 25 yrs out i was pretty sore but the fun overtook it all.We off loaded by the tin shack and went in there.pretty rough going in but once in down by wranglers cabin north of it there is lots of places still not touched.we tried to find lots of them but had a blast at the ones we found. We went up to the notch flathead it was pretty tracked up so we came back to where we were it was a blast.we were there for sat,sun,mon.9 hrs riding each day..wooooo hooooo.:D Hope you have fun up there too.

Can someone post some GPS coordinates of cabins, landmarks, etc? Or email me MMO track files better yet. I rode Corbin once a few years ago but unfortunately didn't get any GPS tracks or the area.

We rode all last weekend and the conditions were awesome. Best we've seen in years. We rode off of Morrisey Rd. The last day we went to our secret area and there had literally not been 1 sled in there all winter. There was no tracks anywhere and the trail in was virgin. Not a bump anywhere. It was amazing. Get there before it melts.

I am heading to Fernie tomorrow and Saturday for the first time. Anyone have any suggestions on areas to ride. Not looking for too extreme, just some good boondocking. Ay advice would be great
