one reason i cant stand cops. Where to they find these people? We need less cops, but better qualified ones.

Maybe this was a food service worker who hates cops making false acusations. Maybe the cop was an *** and did pull his gun. Right now he is innocent untill proven guilty. But you don't participate in trials, or vote, so maybe you were not aware of the innocent till proven guilty thing.

Yes he is not above the law and should be charged accordingly and relinquished of his duties; he has proved to the community that he is a worthless POS that can’t handle the power and responsibilities that come with being a law man. He should receive a felony and never be able to vote or own a firearm again. But I am sure he will make a great mall cop!!

We all know there are good cops and some bad just like there are Good people who smoke and then theirs you and your crowd of gimps.

only cops are considered innocent until proven guilty, the rest of us are presumed guilty; forced tests, DNA confiscation, search & seizure, private property rights gone...

the cop(s) mentioned should also be charged with assault with a deadly weapon and terrorism (i know it doesn't quite fit the definition of terrorism, but we should consider modifying the definition)

i am all for the rule of law, but have way too many reasons from experience to not trust cops, if it's the 80/20 rule, i'd say 80% of cops are not to be trusted

Exactly. Most of the time people that "hate" cops have been busted by cops. If you don't do illegal things, you don't have to worry about it. I've been busted many times for ILLEGAL things and I deserved everything I got. It's the cost of doing business. Some people get it, ignorant people don't.

I dont think the people working at the fast food window were doing anything illegal. I dont like cops because its their job to write tickets, and arrest me.
