I still don't get why your freaking out so bad.

Those boys at the complex probably don't have a very exciting life. It seams like they love it when they hear the horns of the highschoolers coming down the one way road. They run out laughing a joking and a grin on their face ready to try to nail the kids driving down the roads, they have fun trying to hit us, we have fun watching them, i don't see where all the hate in this is, but whatever i'm out on this post. You can say it was so wrong or whatever but think back to your highschool days and tell me you never pulled a prank or two, its highschool, if you didn't you are either an idiot, or gay i guess. Especially one as harmless as a honk/orange throw off between the little poly kids. BYE!

All the pranks were done on buddies, in prank wars. And I do remeber those days cause they weren't to long ago. Good to see your mind set of dropping the idiot or gay cards, brilliant I bet you sat for an hour thinking that one up.

I view ti kinda like street bike stunting...if you wanna do it and don't mind getting hurt go to a track or closed area....don't do it on a public street where I gotta watch out for your stupid ace, or where I could be involved in you getting hurt. wow a lot of little angels in this topic. i was a perfect kid blah blah blah. bullsh!t-no angel but I never had fun at others expense...and if I got caught and couldn't weasel out, well tought chit for me.

And stop playin the " Im going on a mormon mission card" it makes those of us who did look bad. -just to stir the pot a bit....I saw some LDS missions boys here in town this winter....I hope they did more all year or however long, then standing outside yelling across the street to visit mormon.org! Nope but once the cop has you pulled over they got some right of way to searching your truck....even if it's under the mask of "safety". When I got busted for a DUI did the cop really need to search my car and stare at the nudey pics I had in my trunk? Nope but he did and I didn't say chit...just took my lumps.

so this year at the sturgis rally me and two of my buddies, young dumbasses go out to the buffalo chip for the kid rock concert, anyhow so we drive back into sturgis and park the car in front of the dakotamart, go hit up the bars for the rest of the nite, come back to the car an pass out. so the next morning my buddies drunk hungover *** gets out an takes a pizz an kicks out a beer can. bout 30 minutes later 7 am we get woke up by a pig knockin on the window with his nite stick. so i look outside an there is 7 cop cars and 12 cops surrounding our car... so ends up sumbody called my buddy in for takin a pizz in public, which i admit was wrong but who hasn't done it. so anyway they make us get out, cuff us, search us, search the car, find a few beer cans, nothing else. so heres the damage. my buddy that owned the car is 20 and was passed out in the drivers seat, he gets a dui, mip, fine for pizzin in public, littering for the can we kicked out, open container, parking ticket, the ask him for his id and seen his fake in his wallet, so ticket for false identity, and a parking ticket. I get a contributing to a minor charge, pizzin in public and littering. my other buddy gets the same as me so we get off lucky with 500 each in fines but my other buddy that owns the car gets 2700 in fines and loses his full ride football scholarship...i think this was a lil much considering we didn't even drive after we drank, all over takin a pizz in the great outdoors...lol i dunno we pry had it comin to us but damn...

You can get a DUI sleeping anywhere in the car. The cop assumes you ahd to drive at some point to get there. Best hope is going to the Judge and hoping he's not a dick like the cop. At least might drop the DUI, maybe not the minor.

Most states have a physical control provision in the DWI statute, which is based on the ability to operate the motor vehicle (versus actually operating it). Case law in Minnesota on physical control includes instances where people climbed into the back seat to sleep it off or laid down in the ditch next to the car. There have even been convictions in situations where the keys were in the car (in the glove box or something), but the defendant clearly had no knowledge that the keys were in the vehicle.

Moral of the Story: Don't drive drunk. However, if you have been consuming alcohol and feel as though you need to sleep it off for a while, make sure the keys are NOWHERE near you or the vehicle in question. And, yes, I am a lawyer.

So let me get this straight........you are a mormon kid that is getting ready to go on his mission. You and others like to pick on fundementalist mormons that still practice polygamy. If your family has been practicing the mormon religion for very long then your ancestors may or could have been polygamists themselves, so that could make you a product of polygamy. In the early 20th century the mormon church gave up polygamy due to political pressure from the federal government. The Mormon church however sent out members of the church to different parts of north america to keep practicing polygamy as it was a very important part of the mormon religion. This is how the fundamentalist LDS church was started, which here lately Warren Jeffs has made nationally known for the little raid in Texas and for the events that have taken place in Colorado City. It seems that you are prejudiced towards these people because they are polygamists, though your religion was founded by Joseph Smith and Polygamy was a very important part of the mormon religion...........Hmmmm, interesting...........

It is very interesting, I am removed from the Mormon religion by 3 generations when my great grandfather and great uncle split off from the Mormon religion. Their brothers stayed and that side of the family continues to be very deep into Mormonism. My family goes back to the very begining of the Mormon religion.

I haven't found a direct connection to Joseph Smith Jr., but it goes back to the same geographic location and same time frame....so who knows?

I was recruited by the Mormon church when I was a kid, but it didn't take. Because my father and grandfather were not Mormon I could not get to the highest level of heaven. I'm more of an Gnostic anyways, if one could truely even classify me
