Controls for small hands

So this question has been asked many MANY times, a lot of which I have read, and I have yet to see a viable solution. My wife is 4'9" and my daughter is a tiny 10 year old, both obviously have small hands but love to ride. The problem is they have a hard time effectively reaching the brake lever with their fingers and the gas with their thumbs. For my wife I was able to flip the throttle block upside down. For my daughter however, I am worried if she were to panic she would hold it wide open.
So the real question is does anyone know of smaller sets of controls? Controls off of a 120 possibly? I haven't been around one enough to know their size.

Options I have heard but don't want to do are:
1. Twist throttle (same reason as flipping it around)
2. Sno bunjie throttle assist

Any help would be great.

I dont think a stock 120 throttle block would have enough pull to open the carbs on a full size sleds. Wahl makes a throttle block for the 120s, it has a longer pull than stock, but im not sure if it would be enough. You'd have to buy one and check. Also, you would have to bypass the throttle safety switch if it has one.
