i have heard alot about that we are not getting the boost that are gage is reading so is are 10 pound actuator wrong also. i also watched your vid looks like it runs good but seems that you have some turbo run-on and i dont here your waste gate or blv when you let off the throttle am i missing something

There is no blow off valve on this system, they use a throttle body on the inlet of the turbo... Suppose to allow for more linear power/boost when chopping the throttle. Here is the website, they call this system the TBBT:

I really like a lot of things about this kit, and IMO its the best priced kit for what you get, Vipec, Tial everything, Garrett ball bearing center section, billet compressor wheel (73mm one too!), ceramic coated, clean, simple charge tube, fuel injector location, oil/turbo mount. I just want to ensure these things are proven before I drop that kind of coin on a kit. Sounds like they have got the fuel mapping down though!

Where do you hear the turbo run on?? Is it possible to actually hear a wastegate dumping exhaust? His kit does not use a BOV.

The only bad part I seen in the vid was about 35 second mark sounds like it has a slight hesatation after he pinned it, if your watching his thumb. Sounds like it might have done it once before in the vid too.

In this vid it does the same thing about the exact same time... Cody or Push can you elaborate on what that hesitation is or am I hearing things?

can't hear turbo run on looks like she is still pulling when throttle is let off may be wrong. the sutter you hear when you let off the throttle is the waste gate or bov dumping boost so you don't have turbo run on i don't hear it with this kit so was curious. another question i have is why is the arctic cat so much louder than the pro

Maybe you should read a bit further, he goes on to tell you he puts the throttle body in front of the turbo which eliminates the need for a BOV... The injector is after the turbo.

I never said it didn't have a wastegate:face-icon-small-con.... You do understand that a wastegate and BOV are doing two very different things right?

The stutter noise you talk about from a normal kit is from the BOV dumping compressed air. Maybe I am wrong but I was under the impression you don't hear a wastegate since it is just leaking extra unneeded exhaust pressure around the turbo wheel and plumbed into the exhaust downpipe
