Code 43 on turbo phazer

Code 43 on turbo phazer is coming on and my sled wont run.
I found out it means electrical short or open to ECU. Is the ECU the control box down by the battery? or it the box that the rpm and speedo are on?

check the fuses and relays either fuse is blown are moisture is on the relays so dry them out and dielectric grease them.
