Cliff drop?

No when i was talking about the IQR part that was directed towards iq440r.

I actually really didn't talk to you at all lol. I was mostly talking to iq440r because he started the thread. If that’s not clear im sorry.

Mule, you need a IQR :D BTW, is that duct tape on your side panel?

I had my own segments in Sled Heads 2, Slednecks 9 and 10 and I was in Slednecks 11 in the team section because i didnt get enough footage. Then I have a part in 10 High 5, and a couple shots in the new sledheads.

I suspected that was you, out of Evanston .... right? I think you probably know a riding buddie of mine out of Kemmerer, Jason. I think he rode with some of you late last spring in the Uintas.

I don't know anything about drops...but I do know that jumping off a cornice on a wind loaded pillow is about the surest way to die in an avalanche...but that's ok, certainly caution is not part of the equation for this type of riding....

I hit it doing about 25 mph and it launched me about 20-30 feet up in the air upside down. Not wanting to commit to a back flip I baled and gave the sled a spin when I did so that it wouldn’t land upside down
Wow, that's some serious thinkin up there 30' high off the ground. I'm usually just screaming mommy in that situation. By the looks of this pic you must have got it all squared away for touchdown?

Lol. Wow you really didn't catch the sarcasm in that did you. I really did rotate my sled so it didn't land upside down. You can go ahead and ask my friend J-man(he is on my friends list, go ahead and ask him, but it was a good 30 feet. I was in fact upside down and i bailed. Thank you for choosing a pic from my first ride of the season 2 years ago on a barrowed sled. I put this pic in there not because i am jumping 300 feet, but to show what angle the sled should be at when you land…what the topic is about

Im not sure what you are getting at but if you are trying to be an *** saying i am some sort of liar or something, I am not having any of it. The person who takes my picture for me tragically died half way through the season and believe it or not i don't have someone following me around taking pictures of every jump i do.

So again, i hope your not trying to be an ***.

My pictures are nothing and i was just showing the angles you should be at. Im no Steve Martin by any means.

I think you really need to look at this pic. Ohh and this is what my 900 looks like (the one i wrecked on)-and my thoughts of you.

Easy on the Duke there Kid he is just trying to help people out! In fact here is a similar picture of Duke in action, what you dont see in the picture are the events leading up to it. He hit a big booter without even seeing it. What he did next was utterly amazing by letting off the gas 45 foot in the air he then crabbed the rear brake bringing the nose down and leaning over the front he completed a front flip. This picture is of him safely bringing the bird down for a smooth landing had he bailed he would be atleast a inch shorter today from falling from such great heights.

Mule;1087814]Duct tape, baling wire, and zip ties was about all that held my sled together last year. I broke a lot.

I feel your pain bro. I think just about everyone who owns a 05-06 poo wants to kick the guy in the nuts who designed that front bumper.

What caused your damage? Mine resulted from a naked sled and trees at the bottom of a hill.

This year, im not to worried. Even though they had the crappy front bumper and plastics on the 05-08 sleds, they made it ok with the front bumper design on the IQR chassis.

So mule, again you need an IQR chassis! :D

Notice my headlight position. One must always make sure and keep the headlight pointed above the horizon. This preventive measure keeps you from being flash blinded by your headlight aiming down and bouncing a nasty reflection off the snow back into your eyes. When I'm doing backflips off cliffs I make sure to look away during apogee rotation to prevent such an incident. I would suggest adding that to your play book I_OWN_ME. Feel free to PM me for more tips.
