Chinese turbo's. Who's kit uses them?

I've been wondering how many of these have this bog. I haven't been able to get out on one yet but every video that I have seen posted of one has that bog on the low end. It's pretty distinct. Does it happen even in the beginning of the day?? Before everything gets heat soaked.
I was told it was the box that won't let you get past that low end bog.

We have a different flash that really helps out down low. Chris from Dobeck also has a few ideas that we are going to try when we our sled back from the dealer. The stupid fuel pump went out
