The sheave connector itself is 180. I have a 24, so i didn't need the collar and i opted to continue using a stock clutch boltso $400 for a bolt and two little titanium pieces? eff me. i’d almost rather have it fly out the side of the sled

If I had to guess Polaris will be selling sleds next year with something steel in it.Has anyone started making a steel alternative? Not a fan of titanium.
All they will do is change it enough to get around the "patent pending" since the information is available to everyone. That's my guess too. But it'll cost them cause the design is patented by carbonsled.
While I haven't tried taking this piece out, blue loctite and sleeve retainer generally removes just fine. Still best to apply some heat to everything to soften it a bit before removing, but removal shouldn't be an issueSerious question, how hard will it be to get that CS fix piece back out if you ever need to get the clutch off or service the spider buttons and rollers.
I am currently running the SLP kit with their twin pipe setup. Love it.May I ask what clutching you are using? I was able to buy the Carbonsled sheave collar & connector with this latest batch of parts released thankfully.
Any updates?Just installed the carbon fix kit to my 22 boost lastnight, took 20mins to complete simple and easy. Didn't buy the full kit. Had a brand new bolt from polaris i ordered just before too have a spare, so used that instead of titanium.
Going riding at rabbit ears next weekend after this storm for first test. so hope this will help me sleep at night
