Can you swap pipes between 04 and 05 800ho's?

I have a ceramic coated stock pipe on my 04 mxz 800ho and i want to put it on my 05 800ho summit. im just wondering if there is any difference in them? The dealer said there different part numbers but i dont really trust them cuz ther kinda all the time. the summit isnt a PT if that makes any differance.
