Calling all the people that have test ridden a boost!! FUEL...

Well that is BS, So only Polaris has supply problems ? Ski Doo turbo sleds are not limited, only the Polaris boosted sleds are limited, not any other Matryx, so no limit on chassis just turbo and parts for the turbo, the turbo is made in house by Polaris, so why would their be a supply problem ?
Ski Doo has no problem getting turbos, Polaris have no confidence in their turbo`d sleds. and don`t want the public to ride them, because of the lack of confidence in their product. If they did have confidence in their product they would have demo sleds for the public to beat the crap out of, just like Ski Doo did with their turbo`d sled, they did their testing and were confident in their product. not really that hard to figure out. not bashing Polaris. facts are facts. the simple truth of the matter is Polaris has not been testing the boost for 2 or more years, or they would of things all lined up for the production year of 2022, but they don`t. maybe they should buy their turbo`s from Ski Doo. lol
Didn't Ski-doo limit the 2020.5 turbo sleds they put on the market? You could not order any more after they were sold out and they too went fast. Now here is the difference: Skidoo took an old model and added a turbo to it. Polaris creates a new model with many new parts and adds a turbo during a global pandemic. It is not just about supply on parts it is also about moving people and machines around to test and evaluate. In both cases I am sure both companies were/are a little nervous that not everything will go as planned or you would have seen 4 year warranties on all turbo model.

Bahahahahahahahahahahahah, lmfao. FACTS, more like your opinion!

I heard Ski Doo is building a limited number of turbos as well, that number hasn’t been reached. Don’t remember who said it, or if credible, but I think I read it in the Doo section here.

Lets be honest here, yes covid has screwed pretty much everything up, and Poo is probably taking the cautious route, I don’t blame them. But they are also aware that those who can’t get a turbo will snowcheck the NA version and then buy a turbo next year. They’ll sell 2 sleds instead of one. They aren’t stupid ?

What are you talking about ? the 2020.5 turbo did not sell out fast, in fact some dealers still had 2020.5 turbos for sale the next year. all i hear from you Polaris riders are excuses, it`s not a new model wake up !!! HELLO. they have been testing for 2 years HELLO, the Matyrx is not new. So they changes to the side panels and tunnel, big deal. Polaris has and will always follow Ski Doo, some more facts for you guys that like to make excuses. LOL. lets hear some more excuses, i know you have some.

You don't seem like that happy of a person.. You should run upstairs from the basement and get a hug from your mom.. Stressing out over snowmobiles can't be good for you.

Designing a turbo system in-house doesnt have sh*t to do with producing one in-house. Nor any other part.

Sorry cacsrx1...but it would still lose. In the end the Polaris beats it in every performance catagory.....the only unknown is reliability overtime; we will see in 2022. Just like when Doo came out with the Turbo in 2020.5, it killed everything stock (true 167hp @ elevation). This is the same situation (185-190hp @ elevation) on a chassis that gets up on the snow better.
I did not say that the skidoo would win. What I’m getting at is anybody can make a particular sled look like junk. I can take my 21 turbo and let the limiter strap out, set the rear suspension position to one, and turn my clutch clicker to 1 and it will under rev and trench all day long. Set up the way it should be it runs pretty good.

so you're insinuating John Jean is in cahoots with Polaris sponsored riders to make the poo look better?

That Skidoo by no means looked like junk. It looked like a sled that got a poorer holeshot by rider, doesnt get up on the snow as well (known diff between brands), and was short handed by 20hp (and track speed). It still pulled that hill, that wasn't NOT steep. Lots of Videos from 2020 showing the DOO kill stock DOOs and POOs; 20hp is the killer diff

In Western Canada you had to be quick because they were all spoken for.

As said before time will tell, and my Khaos is pretty close to my buddy's Turbo Doo already and often beats up on it due to terrain and the light weight of the Polaris. Skidoo has not set a very high bar in my eyes on the power front. Sure the Doo runs great and that bar is set high so that is the goal to reach. By watching these videos every other goal has been blown out of the water.

Well if the pot wasn't stirred enough.....just got rumblings from the coast that the 22 Slash NON-turbo model may outrun the Doo turbo under 6500' ..... stay tuned I suppose.
Wouldn't be supriesd. The continued tuning/motor updates run really damn well. Even when test riding at 8k feet it was VERY impressive. Even right now below 6500' the gap between the turbo doo and a NA 850 seems pretty negligable from my personal experience.

yup, about 20HP difference between a 800 vs a 600, only a fool would compare an 800 to an 600.
but when you ride a Polaris that`s what you have to do to win. LOL compare a 185HP turbo against an 165HP turbo. Only Polaris riders would do that.
If the shoe was on the other foot (oh wait, it was) would you be saying skidoo riders wouldn't do that?

Before you answer that, go read the internet in 2019-2020.

So a year later, skidoo couldn't sell out a limited production.
Yet Polaris sells theirs out in two hours.

Jon Jean is a solid dude. I can guarantee one thing, the stock clutching on the doo is absolutely garbage!!! Like I mentioned before, variables.
I refused to run it when I seen the calibration, seeing the issues all winter amd the complaints, my hunch was correct.

Im questioning the trackspeed on the boost, I still am, I asked chris brown if his sled was in KmH, I still don’t believe the LOW claimed trackspeed that he even posted.
