I've got a brand new Yellow S-Chassis hood here for sale. I bought this hood a couple years ago to replace a damaged hood on my MXZ. When I got the hood, I realized it was the brighter yellow, and mine was the duller yellow so it just didn't look right when I held it up to the machine.
This hood was a blue hood that was painted yellow. When it was shipped to me, it was all wrapped up in bubble wrap and shrink wrap. The person that wrapped it didn't doo anything to support the sides, so it folded them in and caused some minor cracking in the paint around where the window mounts (see pics). The sides returned to normal after being unwrapped, and if the paint would have been the dull yellow I would have used the hood and left the cracks the way they were, because the window would have covered up most of it. There are a couple minor scuffs and scrapes on it from moving it around, but other than that it is in excellent shape! That is the only reason I didn't use the hood was because it was the wrong yellow for the '96 MXZ. I paid $350 for this hood, but I will let it go for $250 or make me an offer. shipped to the lower 48. Please PM me if you would like any additional information or pictures.
