Bought turbo nytro: what do I need to know?

Dump the Attitude box immediately!!! You do not want that set up and it's inherent unreliability.

Get a "Boost It" fuel system and then get ready for a big smile!!

Cheers

neil & me both had fueling issues with our nytros till he started boost-it we ran the 450cc injectors & dobec box never could get them to run what i would call right.we both have very done up motors too so the burn more fuel.

I have no idea as to what injectors are in it. The turbo is a gt28rs and I only have it set at 12psi right now

look at at the fuel rail if it has big round billet ends on it it has the 450cc or post a pic of your fuel rail & i can tell you.

what cc are stock injectors when you go with larger injectors do you need to go with a larger fuel rail and i see that stock injectors start at $100 plus ea does yamahas part number cross reference with another brand injector

i vote on boost it also best upgrade i done the xic works unreal ,skinz a arms are a must unless your just going to point and shoot.

iv heard of about 4-5 alpine sleds burning down check it often for leaks hose rubbing header bolts they head fule cell issues just keep in mind its a mod sled check it over and put a fire extinguisher on it some where just stuff i read when researching my own build

The tuning is excellent and zero problems after a weekend of trashing it in the pass. The power is instant , very sharp and responsive. Handling through trees is a bit interesting but I'm sure ill figure it out over time. The two stroke guys were hating on the turbo trench, haha. And I need to lift up the rear some more as it was catching up lots. ImageUploadedByTapatalk1356973631.568507.jpg

yah looks like you shock is shot the way its squatting when you are on it.its trenching bad because its transferring to much the stock skid is very limited on boost control.you can look at a baker skid or a kmod down the road will really help ridability of coarse its more money:face-icon-small-hapoh & the handling in the trees does take time.:thumb:

Shocks are damn near brand new. They changed the angle of the shocks and I think they affected the height. Hard to tell but you can see my xp sits quite a bit higher. ImageUploadedByTapatalk1357017249.767864.jpg

Racer's Edge

The Racer's Edge rear suspension is the best one for your application, ..IMO, lots will agree but some will insist that whatever they are riding is the best.

The suspension is strong, adjustable and it will control the transfer problem.

I don't think Daryl has a website, but call him at this shop 403-254-8686.

Incidentally, I broke a drive chain way back in Turtle two days ago, I had to double out with TripleBlack. His Racer's Edge skid performed awesomely, even with two of us on it. Didn't bottom out once. there were some steep climbs to get out and a moguled trail once we got to it. Not an issue. Can't say enough good about that rear skid, it is money well spent!!

Cheers
