Cool . Been seeing a few people struggling figured it would help them out a bit.

Yes, people are indeed still struggling with this. Thanks for taking the time to help. I had to put the tools down and walk away I was getting so frustrated. I have no idea how I’m gonna get all those springs back on!

Just got finished installing my diamond S . Threw a vid up on the Polaris boost Fb page as well. When you guys go to install your cans take the two screws out of the black support . Let it drop . Stock can comes right out and new one back in . Makes it a lot faster than fighting the turbo .

What two screws on the black support you mentioning?

Finally finished mine last night. Like chalky said, get a spring puller. Absolutely mandatory. Also, someone else mentioned pulling the spring that holds the pipe down near the wastegate. That really helps when realigning the turbo to pipe junction.

Somehow I lost 2 springs for the elbow to pipe junction. It clearly has two springs on it in pics I took before. Is the turbo supposed to have 4 springs or 2 on it? I put 4. Oh well.
