Boondocker or Silber

Talked to Cory today. Mine will be ready saturday. Can't wait to ride it. Need more snow soon

Mine is supposed to be shipped friday! I also cannot wait! Next Level Powersports, Cory has been more then helpfull and honest since I ordered the kit. These 13's are already snappy stock, I can only imagine how they must pull with some boost!!!!!!!:face-icon-small-ton

David and I were in the shop all day installing turbos. We will be calling more folks this weekend for final payment :yo:

I was also on the fence between both companies. After a phone call to Corey at next level powersports, I ordered a 2013 silber kit. Every question I had was answered and he seems very knowledgeable on these kits. I cant wait to get it and try her out.

Never rode a turbo sled, did some looking and went with silber
From what I was told it runs a smaller wheel and no intercooler. Great for a milder lower horse pump gas application.
Any input would be great. I just wanted to be able to work the throttle and not tune it all day.
If it is a turd then at least it is on my backup sled.
Can't wait to try it, still waiting on install.
I

I know you'll have a couple more to install after my buddies ride mine. They're just waiting to see how my sled runs. Thanks Cory

I will have a couple buddies wanting them to when they see my 13 Silber run!

No need to wait, boys. I've had an '11 kit, a '12, and the '13 is super nice. The design of this kit is designed to ease the installation, making it easy to return to stock if desired. I'm putting a 13 kit on my '11 Pro and will probably transfer it to a newer sled in a year or 2. Riding at 10-12k feet, there is no substitute for boost and with Boston Racing's turbo experience and customer service, it's a great deal.

Even though the price is different for relitively the same thing, the manageable complications that come along with others ie. Silber is not worth the trade off in cost for me. I don't like knowing that I have to cut my factory wiring harness to incorporate a second rate fuel controller into my system. I believe and believe strongly that you pay for what you get. No matter what we purchase for all our pieces of chit lets be honest, "if we bought it, we paid too much" I like most have looked into ever possible option of turbo comparing everything else back to the BD system, and yet there really are no comparison for a true plug and play with minor tuning discretions. I still don't want to spend the extra money, but I have learnt like most, that when its all said and done i have kicked my own butt on cheaping out.

You dont need to cut factory wiring harness on a Silber.

BD and silber are not the end all, Powderlites will soon have a great, competively priced kit out.

Obviously, you don't know what you are talking about. You don't cut anything, not wires, not tunnels, not hoods, not pipes, nothing.

You must not have researched it that much if you felt you had to hack into your harness to run a Silber kit. Good for you going BD and am sure you will like it, while I lime knowing I have an extra $2k in my pocket and when lined up side by side it would be a wash on which performs better.

How did you like hacking a hole into your tunnel and hood? Easier to replace a strand of wire than tunnel and hood haha

Here is T&A1000's completed sled. You will notice the final production oil tank. It was changed for ease of install.

One of my favorite quotes

"Mr. Madison, what you've just said is one of the most insanely idiotic things I have ever heard. At no point in your rambling, incoherent response were you even close to anything that could be considered a rational thought. Everyone in this room is now dumber for having listened to it. I award you no points, and may God have mercy on your soul. "

We just need to change your username to Mr. Madison:yo:

Its cool if you don't like the product and want to express your opinion but bashing something you clearly have no experience with isn't cool.

Wow……..

Nice first post. It is really sad that a member of this forum signs in with a false alias to bash someones product when that do not have a clue. Some of this BS sounds like it has been posted before. I wonder who has a matching IP address to this looser.
