Ride Report 2/2/13

Cloverland: You know... it was not that bad. Blue sky and pretty warm. Just a hair over 4 feet at the marker.

Snow is not mush or rock hard above 5500 feet...

GREAT chili and burgers at the Fun Run today... lots of people there everything pretty much tracked up.

Trails are groomed great time to take kids riding

Ride Report 2/3/13

Dayton: Is there a football game today? CB 8 and I rode out of Dayton... blue sky, snow is getting crusty (except down in the ravines or shady areas)... trails are fair, pretty tracked up but all in all a great day. I MAY have gotten detained a couple of a times but as usual I need to carry more tools for Cat Boy

Great ride today! I would say that the snow was Skidoo snow but as the photos will show it really wasn't they had a really hard time. And yes the cat had to replace his old worn out belt today. It is really hard on them when you are wheeling past stuck doos. For the records the CAT was never detained today!

Looks like you had fun in our direction. I had a wedding and meeting to go to over the weekend. Rob sounds like with a new drive belt you are ready to come to Tollgate next Saturday for the radar run!

No radar runs for me unless I am racing doos up hill. And even then we don't need no radar gun, they can even tell that a stuck doo isn't moving.

I think you would put the hurt on all of us Tony. At this time I am planning to head to Tollgate to ride my Doo for the weekend so will let you know if a couple that I am trying to get on the snow can't make it. Then the next week I am headed to the Rendezvous in Yakima.

I think I am getting the Poo adjusted so that I can ride it. Only rolled it once on my last ride and starting to get the sidehilling figured out. Would help to have powder so I am giving it the weekend off.

Bleu needs a motor man to get his Doo back together. He has been playing with that thing for almost a month. He was wanting to ride tomorrow and is working on it tonight. Maybe you two can get together.

If you want Bill you can borrow my trailer and Poo. You know where it is at.

Yeah i was talking to him at the ag link meeting yesterday and it sounded like he was getting it back together. Said it was costing him like 3 bucks a mile this year to ride or something like that lol.

Rode the lake yesterday. Fought the fog all day long but still a good day. Got to throttle up on a PGT Pro by HMTurbo. All I have to say is WOW. Like going from a 600 to an 800 and super smooth. It almost compares to the first time I rode a cat if you know what I mean Mike . Too bad the kit is like $7500.
