Blue Mountains 2017-18

I think rob felt a little disrespect not having the finest cat on the mountain anymore. Now we can salute him when we see him. Congrats on the new Poo. Which color did you get?

Winter appears to be back and I have not heard thank you from anyone. Instead you can just donate to the cb.8 “General” fund.

Thank you and check your C.P. odometer. With the new snow we need pictures of his progress to riding a Cat. The Yakima Cat I've been riding with at the WSSA Rendezvous the last couple days has had no issues and looking forward to riding with him tomorrow.

have snowmobile... looking to ride
Missing Presidents weekend in the Blues (for the first time in 8 years) just doesn't seem right....we had to go NE to find some good snow in WA.

Cheers[emoji482] to you guys squeaking a few more powder rides in before our next trip over in July!!!!!

Dayton at 9 tomorrow

There had to be some kind of action that happened. I was out of town but can guarantee we had action with the group I was riding with. Mostly snowing though so not great pictures. One new to our traveling group bought a couple new A-arms. Had a good time. Next year President's weekend could be Priest Lake.

Action yes there was action. Snow was pretty wind blown, really cold weather, Stuck ctecs. Dodge that is now dead. Maybe a picture will follow. Out this weekend but that will be okay looks like the general is working better then expected. The bucket run is shaping up to have some epic snow. Might have to take a sick and see Doctor Powder later in the week, after the dodge is fixed.

. Been hanging out north of the border the last week or so. Snows deep if you find the honey holes. Hopefully we get some fresh in the blues before the poker run

Ride Report 2/25/18

Riding out of Cloverland, windy, cold, and SNOWING POWDER!!!!

Everyone parked along the road at Hewett Estates... At about 5500 feet elevation the snow got good, you could get off the trail but you had to watch for landmines... if you knew where to go the powder was over the windshield deep:face-icon-small-ton Great burgers at the cabin!!!

At the Misery marker, 5.5. feet.

Other than at times of zero visibility... great day riding... plus got to make snow angels with a granddaughter!

which glacier is that?

Shaping up to be great snow for the Bucket Run tomorrow. Parking lot is supposed to plowed by morning, trails groomed to Godman, and the best thing is a lot of fresh snow this past week. That is what we were wanting as we rescheduled from the lack of snow to now. Come and enjoy plus an added bonus will be some family snowmobile games in the clearing above the shelter for young and old.

We'll see if the Cat Clan shows.

Ride Report 3/4/18

Riding out of Cloverland; road to the snow park and the snow park are plowed. Road in is muddy:face-icon-small-dis

Trails have been groomed, 6 feet at the Misery marker. Snow is good with a couple of inches of powder on top of a hard base... still can hit landmines (I did climbing the A run...cascading the French-Canadian into a tree well, all is good except the pilot's ego :face-icon-small-win)

Another foot or two would make it awesome

Ten year old granddaughter that is into no fear... yea she rode with me on the B-runs at the hillclimb... She asked after climbing to the top of the hill, "How come I have never seen an Arctic Cat up here?" I explained they were still stuck at the parking lot

There was a great showing of snowmobilers for the bucket run. Parking lot was cleared to the max for three rows of vehicles and trails were freshly groomed to the shelter. A couple of games were played on top in the clearing. Nearly 9 feet on top of the 700 trail.
