I was wordering why he was not in the results from The Montriel SX< He was there saw Pics from earlyer in the day but looked last night and his man was not there.

i thought i would do my part and relay this update for all of his friends here on DooTalk...
Blair's crash in Montreal did seriously damage his back...his early morning surgery was done to fuse T-4 and T-5...this means that Blair will be left paralyzed from his mid-back down.
...this information was provided by a very close friend of Blair's that felt it important that his friends and fans are updated with his current situation...
guys...these are radical life changing injuries that require an incredibly strong person to accept...hopefully our wishes can provide some support to both Blair and his family in such a trying time.
Blair...my thoughts are with you...and my respect.

Blair rode hard for a living. Not sure if he was racing or riding when it happened but most of Blair Morgan's body ailments were from racing. Still crappy to lose your ability to walk. Professional racers all know the price that could be paid. Scott Kalitta knew the dangers, Dale Earnhardt knew the dangers. THese guys are all pros. Sometimes there's a price to pay for being the best.
My best wishes and thoughts to a great guy and to his family as they all rally around him.

dont really know what to say that hasnt already been said but best of wishes and good luck to THE MAN and his family. Maybe we can all hope for a medical breakthrough!!!

One of the Best all around riders out there...... Sad News....... Best Wish's to Blair and his family for a recovery that will allow him some quality of life for the extreme individual that he is...... I know a fellow on here his name is Patrick and he still rides a snowmobile..... I've seen some amazing sports people can still do..... Blair strikes me as the kind of guy that will find a way!!!

Man its been a bad year...
After recovering form previous aliments and being able to snowmobile for the first time in over a year my mom passed the day after we got done riding in 4 feet of fresh pow in Cooke city.
Cliff Gullet, owner of Team Bozeman died setting a land speed record doing 240 mph. It kind of leaked that his arm was separated from his body.
Christoph Von alvensleben, died in an avy this spring...
It wasn't very long ago when i remember Jeremy Crapo's death. I was watching him on tv and i went online to check out his stats and i seen something weird and i clicked it and there it was saying he died like 2 days ago.
Now Blair Morgan will probably never ride a sled again.
Its sad, seams like it only happens to good hard working people. I ride hard and i get hurt, i just pray to god that i don't get hurt or anyone else im riding with does either.

What everyone must remember is to never give up hope or prayers. Here's an article about a Texas police officer that was paralyzed and got stem cell treatment and now has movement and strength.
