Hey fuktard! That is not true at all!

Load up a trailer especially a four place trailer with a decent amount of tongue weight, and you will see that the receiver will stay in when you take off. Most of the time the receiver is frozen in place until the road terrain wiggles it out of the socket slowly, many miles down the road.......

That very thing happened to me, about 40 miles from a hotel.........

Think before you do something like this. It is not like you are standing behind the receiver with no load on it and pull it out.

Your little tactic could get someone killed........

Hey “fuktard”, the fact that so many people have failed to see this as a joke is getting retarded.
My personal tactic is to simply take all the pins out of the hitch/trailer and add them to my collection just incase I loose one.

= JOKE

Just like this

Ohh jeez, I sure am good at stirring the pot aren’t I! Maybe me and snow hawk addict should make a few threads together…:D

And this

What can i say? The government pays me for population control.... Anyone want to go hill climbing in Cooke city? I hear the snow is really good up there. I know a really sweet windblown hill with a huge cornice at the top! Its so much fun to climb.

Anyone in for it? I will let you make the first few marks your self?

And…….this

Ohh and Beels, you are correct. I don’t snowmobile it all. I just sit on the forums all day talking **** and trying to piss off as much people off as I can. Is it working?

Ok now that I have got your attention by making things simpler for you to read, let’s do some highlighting!

Ohh jeez, I sure am good at stirring the pot aren’t I! Maybe me and snow hawk addict should make a few threads together…:D

Again, not seeing how this is going to harm anyone. It’s less dangerous and less of a criminal act then slashing some ones tires, pissing in their gas tanks, lowering their air pressures, ramming into their vehicles. Its simply an inconvenience. Worst cases scenario is they will have to go into town and buy a $2 pin. At least it’s not a $300 tire or a $3000 engine. What if you lower some ones air pressure and they are driving home, tire pops off the bead and they hit a SUV packed full of kids coming home from a basket ball game.
But im the bad guy so everyone pick on me. I was saying it as a joke, get over it.

As far as me actually doing that…. I would not. IF some one blocked me in I would probably just un hitch my trailer, pull out into the road, then hook back up to the trailer. Load the sleds on and go home. Its not that big of a deal. There is need to slash peoples tires or vandalize their vehicles. When people mess with my stuff I freak out so I try to respect other people’s property as much as possible. Most the time if some one blocks you in it is purely an accident and nothing more. Believe it or not, but not everyone who pisses you off is trying to do so.

And again, you can not go anywhere if the hitch won’t stay on the truck. When you pull out with out a hitch pin in the trailer, the trailer will not move and the goose will fall in the snow. I guess you could still drag it with the SAFTEY CHAINES which won’t let a trailer go free, but most people notice that and stop.

He does that a lot.......gets pissy when you give him neg rep, too. So pissy that just out of spite he'll give it back to you if you sign it like a man. Maybe he needs to take his own advice and tackle that nice windblown cornice a few times.

First off, the trailer is not going to move with out any pins in the hitch to hold it in. Its a little bit nicer than slashing peoples tires and bending antennas but what ever. Call me an ******* if you want, but if some one makes me spend an hour getting out of a parking spot when i am in a hurry, especially if some ones hurt, then i am going to delay you a bit more.

Anyone half way intelligent can run with a lost pin anyways.... All you need is a socket extension and duck tape. I have seen people use large screw drives and vice grips. :face-icon-small-win That is assuming the hitch comes off right away in the parking lot which it will normally not do
Also, lowering some ones air pressure in their tires is much more dangerous. So maybe go through and re-read all the posts before you start with the personal attacks. Stealing a pin is innocent; a pain in the *** for the other guy, and no one can get hurt when the trailer can’t even move out of the parking spot. ;)

Way to back peddle.......

There is no "joking around" in this post........above.......

Maybe if you drive like grandma on a Sunday drive but around hear you won't get out of the mountains with a unhitched trailer.

I'm thinking if I have someone hurt with me that needs to get off the hill, the LAST thing I am going to do is try and figure out how to inflict revenge on anothers vehicle.

Sam

You did the RIGHT thing by leaving a note and not causing any damage to the vehicles. Not to get all "righteous" or anything, because I sure have had my moments, but wreaking havok on anothers property really does no recourse to the situation at hand.

Hopefully, the note will engage the "pillow biting fairies" to think next time when they park. LOL.

Remember, we are all in this together.

Sam

I agree leaving the note is the best thing damaging someones property isn't the answer. but something that works great and leaves them thinking about it is write them a nice note, then apply 3m spray glue to it just to be sure it doesn't blow off put the writing so they can read it all the way home. comes off glass easy no long term effects and not costly :beer;

the easiest thing to do is just take a valve core removel tool pull the valve cores and put them in a bag on their windshield with a note explaining why.If there dumb enough not to see there are blocking you in well maybe there too stupid to be on the road and maybe you just saved someones life.My wife stopped me from doing that when I was in McCall a couple years ago

Maybe if you drive like grandma on a Sunday drive but around hear you won't get out of the mountains with a unhitched trailer.

I never said you would.

Point is that it will NOT come right off in the parking lot most of the time, but a 1,000 ft,,,,,,,, 2,500 feet,,,,,,,,,,, 2 miles,,,,,,,,,,,,, 10 miles.

Point is that most of the time the trailer will be on a road when the "unhitching" happens.

What part of this don't you get?
