Better Boards

If they are the best boards as he claims, you'd think that he'd warranty them if they failed.

dude, i know of at least 10 times where you have pushed someone to jump someones chit who sells a product that makes our sledding experience better......why? these folks who do this are very small time and hardly make enough to do the same as folks who have a 9-5

Damn and I thought it was "us" basic members that was stirring up crap here on Snowest. With all the people that have left now the real crude comes to the surface.
 
Dizz, those "one off" boards work great, just wish I would have extended them all the way back. I copied the design from a buddies sled. The guy charged 350 a set a few years ago, but he TIG's the bars right to the tunnel and board edge. Mine are welded to a frame and rivet in. They ain't patented, so have at it! Powder coating is the best way to keep snow from sticking to aluminum and the teeth provide a very grippy surface.
