Those do look pretty sick.
If they are the best boards as he claims, you'd think that he'd warranty them if they failed.
They didn't fail......I need to go on a diet or jump smaller or both....but I'd rather get something beefier and keep living the life....I like the boards very well, they get rid of the snow as compared to the stock setup. I had bent and was ripping thru the running board and was hoping it would add the strength and traction I needed for my riding style. I just need some made stronger somehow......material or something...hope some smart motorhead can come up with an idea for me that doesn't say...replace the tunnel.
Our warranty and replacement policies is set in stone and posted on our website. It's easily the most fair and liberal in the industry.

Skibreeze, how did you break them exactly? I have had two sets of better boards and am pretty hard on the sled. I have yet to come close to breaking a set.

IMO, you need something custom that uses a stronger outer rail. That is where most of the strength comes from.

My guess is that he already contacted F-Bomb about getting them replaced for free. Since he didn't get them for free he started a thread on here, trying to slam the product....
going out on a limb with my assumption but that is what it sounded like to me, which would also explain F-bomb's post.

I think the product is great, I just want something really heavy duty, didn't know who made them and if they had HD... and since I now know he makes them, I'll get my local dealer to get some ordered up. I prefer to deal local and keep my neighbors working....

THAT IS A PROMISE! Roger that yammadog, we hear your words and very admirable! Thanks again for your business and responsible behavior and attitude. Have your dealer call in to our toll free customer support line and explain this situation for the custom HD boards so that you can still take advantage of our damage replacement policy. Doesn't have to happen immediately just at your convience. We build those HD versions custom outside of our normal product runs so it adds a week or 10 days to the process so plan accordingly if you have a time line. Be sure and contact us if you have any further questions or issues.

F-Bomb great weekend hope you guys had fun on monday!! I forgot to tell you that I have not put the new boards on yet because I bent the rail on the right side and want to replace it before in stall on the new ones. That might not happen until this fall. LOL work is going to get in the way of much more riding or anything fun!!
Rob one more thing I would like to thank you for the fine costumer service that you and the rest of the guys at Better Boards put fourth with the replacement boards on my 09. You and the guys at Better Boards do a great job, keep it up!!!
