Best way to protect your sled from theifs?

Then who is going to pay for the thousands of dollars of mods, not the insurance company.

Insurance will pay if you have receipts or other proof.

You can run a cable and lock through it if parked on a trailer or just keep it locked in an enclosed if you have one.

ck out the teth air.. its a wireless tether designed for runaway sleds, a bonus is that it also acts as a anti theft device.. If you have the transceiver on you a thief can not start the sled. its not going to stop them from loading it up, but certainly will work if your in having a beer or possibly when its sitting out side of a hotel room.

Insurance would be the 1st thing i would have, but if not then chain it to something with a really big chain. Other things i've done when i used to drive my sled to school was to pull the spark plugs and take them with you. can't start it without them.

Don't count on it, they told me that they would until it came time to pay. Sled was 05 900 poo straight out of box with 2 rides and a bunch of extras on it. they gave me nothing for any extras (I had receipts), and depreciated sled as though I was trading it in. Left me short $4000 This was I.C.B.C. They said sign here and take the check or spend the rest of the season fighting it in court. WTF????
