Best Suspension?

I'm trying to get everybody's opinion, so I am posting this question here too.
Which suspension works best for a Turbo M8@13 lbs? That's the big change that I plan on for next year if I don't sell it. Thanks for any opinions.......

LOL Believe it or not the 09 suspension is only 8 lbs heavier than a timbersled, in the rear. ANd it is just as strong. Pump yer float up past 135lbs and u compromise the structural integrity of the limits of the engineering. Yes yer float goes to what 150 or more but there is a line like power band on a 2 stroke best transfer is at 135 no matter the weight of the rider.

Im sure theres better skids out there than stock for keeping the front end down on a boosted sled. Do some searches, Timbersled, K Mod, EZ Ryde, Holz, and M1 are all pretty good suspensions from what i have heard.

Totally agree with you. Just sayin we got it pretty good with the stocker etup...............

the newer cat suspensions seem to do pretty well as far as transfer goes with higher HP.

If it were me, on a cat sled I would go with the KMOD gen2 setup or the EZ ryde.

I ran 150 all last season without so much as an airleak on my rear float. I must say I was pretty impressed considering the beating it took!

I agree that the stock suspension is good on the 08/09's, but the rear skid shock can go a lot higher than 135 psi. You aren't compromising anything going over this as it can take much more pressure than 135. If you have a heavier rider it will transfer differently so you'll need to bump up the shock pressure...that's why they are adjustable.
