I have a 2024, 850 Khaos with a Carls 900 BB, Carls 900 Pipe, Carls Tune along with a BBA clutch kit. Obviously the sled also came with the P-85 clutch which in my mind is also plus. I don't have but a few miles on from late last season but so far it's been great. This year it is now stretched to a 165 with Ice Age Rails, a new 300LX track, and all new Fox Air Shocks, so I'm excited to see how this comes together.

Honestly, just do what you want you can't really make a wrong decision ...............as everyone knows, sleds are not investments so no matter what, it costs money and you loose money! But it sure is fun doing it!! LOL

That sounds like a fun sled. Outside of the 4 year age difference and the BB kit, it sounds just like my 2020. I just put a 155 under it with Matryx Khaos rails and will get a little bit of seat time tomorrow. If it gets a little more rowdy, I doubt I’ll do much more to it.

How noticeable of a difference was it with the BB kit?

BB kit is legit with the limited miles. I'm more anxious to try now that it has been extended to a 165 and the 3" track!!

As stated before I was able to get a 155 Series 6 track for it with some 22 Khaos rails. Took the limiter strap out to the longest length, and added an Ice Age Anti-stab kit.

For the few rides I’ve had, the sled is acting like I want it to. The hook up difference between the 163 composit and 155 Series 6 is light years. The track spools up a lot faster and bites hard. I’ll have to learn how to climb again, or at least learn not to be so greedy in the steep and deep.

Next I will be checking is the RPMs when longer pulls are available and how it responds in the trees. The sled feels more nimble with the 155. Logically, that should be obvious, but having experienced the difference, I can’t say that was the difference I was expecting. WOW!

Thanks all for the insight.
