belt washing? Im staring a pissing match!

actually i am just bored( push the button and wait week) and this was an experiment based on our conversation the other day!

I dont nesessarilly disagree with you.

IMO it is a bit over the top.

I do think you are nuts for putting used belts on though. Talk about risky! The type of damage you cant see( Broken cord, etc.) would be my concern in that case.

You can see the belt is cleaner and looks ready to bite a aluminum clutch surface better after you clean them (when new)

Scrub them things!!! Then atleast if you do have some type of failure or premature failure you will know it wasnt from that

I agree clean the clutches, clean the belt! Its the soul o your power reaching the ground!!! And although it still works it might not be working to its peak performance!!
