NEW PRICE! ASCENDER PLASTIC UPGRADE KIT WITH PROMAX HOOD INTAKE, OIL TANK, PRO-BOARDS

If you have a 2012-2017 Arctic Cat ProClimb 800 or 600, and you want to upgrade it to the 2018 Ascender hood and panels, then this is the best way to upgrade your machine!

This kit comes with all new BLACK front end plastics off of the 2018 Arctic Cat Ascender chassis. Hood panels, side panels, belly-pans, hood vents, cowl, hardware and fasteners.

Next is the PROMAX Cold Air Induction hood. It eliminates the stock headlight and comes with a new molded pod assembly. The pod houses the instrument gauge, ignition switch, accessory plug, and has built in cold air intake on each side of the gauge.
The cold air is drawn in through two areas in the nose of the machine, hidden and protected on the sides. There is also cold air induction on the dash area on both sides and below the instrument gauge. It weighs 6 lbs less than stock too.

Since the new 2018 Ascender plastic is so much narrower, you need to change the running boards to the narrower version which we call our Ascender Pro-Boards. We took it one step further by narrowing them up one more inch from the factory 2018 running boards, to be the best board for side hilling. They are constructed with specially designed extruded aluminum with built in traction teeth to keep you from slipping. No need to spend time drilling and installing all of those little screws like other brands use. The inner triangular shaped channel makes installation much easier, and it prevents snow from building up along the tunnel like a round tube would. We spent a lot of extra time to develop the best "no snow running board" on the market. This new premium design makes snow build up nearly impossible, and with built in anti-slip traction, this is the best board on the market. Using the Pro-Boards also makes the chassis more rigid and strong.

Since the new side panels are so much narrower, the stock oil tank is too wide. This is why our kit comes with our lightweight chaincase cover and oil tank kit. The chaincase cover is super light magnesium and has a added dipstick and drainplug for easy maintenance. The plastic 2 quart oil tank comes with a nice billet aluminum mounting plate.

UPDATE

Okay, with feedback from friends and customers, we decided to leave the LED headlights out of the windshield pod. It will now look very much like the sled in the picture, except that the dashplate and windshield will be all one piece.

If you want a headlight. we will have a mounting bracket to mount one above the windshield similar to what we did on the ProLite snowmobiles previously.

Or we also have our new Vision Bumper with optional LED headlights.

Is the hood and side panels oem cat pieces or stuff you have made?

The center section part of the hood is ours. The side panels, belly pans, etc are oem cat parts.

Its a kit to update your machine to the 18 models, and then get our cold air intake center section hood. And then the shorty windshield and dash is molded together as one piece now.

Is there still enough room between the side panel and engine for the turbo and tunnel dump?

I have a 2012 with a c3 carbon hood. Is there any way to incorporate the new side panels into this hood? I certainly do not want to get rid of it.
