This statement gives all of us more insight to your mentality Snowmo. If Minten did this while snowmobiling. Why would he be suing Polaris? Everyone who rides, knows there are risks by doing what we do. How could he sue Polaris for being at fault? I assume he crashed and his knee hit something on the sled resulting in that really!!!!!! ugly cut. What caused the crash? Let's assume he hit a stump? If so wouldn't the logging company be at fault for cutting down the tree, and not Polaris. How bout the guy working for the logging company? Afterall he cut down the tree. Wait a minute! It must be the fault of the chainsaw mfr. Because with out the chainsaw the tree would not have been cut down. Or maybe it is the fault of the person or persons who bought the lumber made from the tree. Without those people buying the lumber the tree would not have been cut down. Do you get my point?
I once flew over the handle bars after a failed attempt to cross a creek that was open and broke 4 fingers when they stayed gripped to the bars and got caught behind the brake lever, (guess that's why they call it the brake lever cause it brakes fingers real good) not once did I think about sueing Doo or the mfr of the lever or anyone else. I called myself a few names and rode the rest of the day (in pain) drove home, lawsuit never crossed my mind. Guess that is the difference in a 53 yr old man and a 23 year old punk looking for an easy ride on someone elses back.
