I want mine fixed because it's causing the track to have a lot of fraying on the left side from the occasional contact with the tunnel.

They all do that. Both sides of my track are equally frayed, I adjusted track tension after every weekend I rode the sled. Until someone hears anything straight from Polaris about this issue, I'm not losing any sleep over it... My sled runs great.
