Axys crank in pro motor

The search feature is failing me. I am looking for someone with real world feedback on putting an Axys crank in a Pro motor. I have read the threads saying it will work, but have not seen feedback from someone who has ran it. Did it make a difference, did you have to make any other changes for it to run correctly? I will be putting a turbo on it when it goes back together. If it were you would you put a pro or an Axys crank in it? Thanks

Some have done it, remember reading about it. It's drop in.

I will do it if I ever need to do the bottom end in mine.

I was surprised that when Jim at Dynotech dyno'ed the identical engine with the regular crank and then with the pork chop crank their was no difference in HP/TQ numbers not to mention the curve was pretty much identical, didn't rev quicker etc.

I put an axys crank in my 910 last year, I didn't notice a huge performance gain. I didn't notice on my fueling that I ran a little richer after installing it. I am guessing because there was more case volume. It's has held up fine I probably have close to 2000 miles on it. With the cmx belt drive I never hooked my speedo back up so not exactly sure I just go off the hours on the vipec.

If you need a crank And are wondering I would go with the axys crank. Just my .02 cents though

Yup, if needing a crank Definatly go axys crank. If not than don't spend the money.

My engine is going in for a rebuild, see what it needs.
