Installed the Atacc to my 6 today simple enough for anyone with some ability to do so order one up and do it youself.

Wheew

Orderd up one of those easy to install, eye's closed attac compensators. I'm sorry but first initail look at all those part's and pieces with no discription of what I have in those 2 bag's, Kinda spooky. I'm going to give it a good go ahead tonight or thurs night. Les if you have any good lead's just chim in.

Thank's for the Part's my SnowHawk Mentor.

They don't have any special kits for snowhawks do they? I had one on my viper a couple of years ago, They Rock!!

PS up for pointers on install. But on the yammi it was pretty straight forward but they had good instructions.

atacc base jetting

? for all the guys who already set up with atacc. We need to know what the base jetting will be at -20 and sea level. also what difference with the air box or pod filters. Im looking for this on a 05 600. My manual shows to run 430mains and 15 pilots. last winter we ran with 350s at 1300ft with good luck. Thanks in advance

Hey J&L
My new 04 600 has a Holtzman ATACC in the airbox, however I've been told to do away with the airbox and put on The round foam filters. All the instructions say to install the ATACC "Into" the Airbox.

-Question;
do you know if you can mount the ATACC "outside" the airbox"
just wondering if you knew?

gman out

install

From what I read of my instructions it looks like it can be used with out an airbox.
there are guys on here that have run without the air box and need to find out there base jetting specs.

350 main jet, for 0 to 5500 feet with a temp range of 0 to 35 degrees has been working well for us. Its been awile since I did the install but I think that it said to baseline at the coldest, lowest elevation you ride at. This is on a 600HO also

Done

Gotter all installed, Yes it took a few extra day's (due to being busy) and a phone call to Les, to finish the job. The picture and description of part's are done poorly in the instruction's that come with it. Any way now I hope that everything work's as smoothly as people say.

Thank's Les

Tom
