Can't speak for anyone else, but I am hard at it 5 days a week and extra on Saturday Mornings.
welcome back to the sport!Well, after taking a 7-year break from riding, I picked up a 600 Mtn Max and going to give a try again. I found out winters in Wyoming are long when you don't get up on the mountain.
66 and riding in Colorado with Bill who makes the highjacker snowmobile jack, he is 83. We both upgraded to 850 Summits, I am running a 175. Started riding in Michigan in 1974 and Colorado since 1996.

51 and still shredding. Lucky enough to get to share it with my 14 year old daughter now. (but it's getting hard to keep up with her now!)
Its so much fun being able to ride with our kids!
Mine keeps jumping up the ladder per jobs is concerned, and ends up starting a new job just as snow starts flying.
But not last year! He was able to ride last year! But he didn't have time to go west, and North was mud.
Now again - he has had an interview recently. I haven't heard an update in a week'r so, but there's not enough snow north yet, and we will see what '25 brings.
He hasn't ridden since March '20!

70 here and have carried my highjacker for the last 20 years. Also run a 850 summit 175" now, my first mountain sled was a 2001 800 RMK. Started riding in UP Michigan in 98'

60 years young !!just went from my trusty steed which is an 05 King cat fuelie , piped ,can,geared,reeded, 162 pc. To a 20 Hardcore Alpha 165 so I completely skipped 3 or 4 generations of chassis all I can say is catch me if you can in the trees ? not many of the peeps I ride with would attempt some of the nasty technical thru the tree climbs I do. I adapt quickly and climb all over the dang sled , on an 85-90 mile ride I will stand up for 90% of those miles . Kinda slowed down over the years on those huge verticles usually the same thing at the end of every one of them and that's the top been their done that? youngsters can do their 70' drops and their monster chutes, when all is said and done as long as we all come home at the end of the day it's been a good day on the snow .? As for learning to Alpha seems as though I will have to muscle down a bit as I can see a separation from the sled coming , but damn that thing is nimble!!!
Currently 65 and Still pushing it , lost a bunch of fat (50lbs) and muscled up a bit more , still getting my ass handed to me occasionally by the Alpha , still have the 05 King cat (old trusty) use the King cat for search and rescue , and going monday to pickup the New 858 , went with the " short track " 154
have the 162 and 165 if need be and when all else fails I can go climb in the Pisten Bully 400 and make butter smoothe trails for the masses to enjoy !! Think I got it covered , old guys rule
