Anyone riding?

A few folks went up to A/W. They said that the road up was posted closed due to construction. They reported that lots of heavy equipment is still being used to replace the culverts. As far as snow goes, they found ~18" at the top of the rode and close to 24" at the first clearing. Still not enough worth trying to drop down to the lake. Another couple feet and it will be game on! Braaaap Braaaaaapppppp!

Headn to Fish Lake on Friday too... need to get the 20 miles of half throttle out of the way! Or just ride the Pro Dragon, it still has broken stuff from last year

First Ride

Had to drive up some dirt to find it, but eventually we did. Just enough miles to break the belt in. Pickings was slim but it's getting better every minute.

I just put in 60 miles of road pow carving on my new XM. Unloaded at 3000'. Couldn't believe no one was out.

4 are heading up to check out Gallagher today. I passed on the invite, raining right now.....Ken might see this and post a report when he returns?

FS still has Blewett closed. Story is still a danger of falling trees. Local Deputy told me you'll get a ticket if up there now......

Drove past Blewett today. Saw some rigs up there around 11:30. Not snowing. At 4:30 it was 33 and raining pretty good up there. I'm at the cabin in Cle Elum tonight and it is pouring rain at 2800 ft. Probably melting most of the snow we had.

I was up there on that Friday. A little thin going in but descent cover for road riding. Coming out it was very thin though and probably not worth riding until it snows a little to cover up those first couple miles of trail.

Stampede Pass

We rode Stampede pass Sunday. Not much snow but we managed 29 miles out of 100 break in. Parked at the micro wave turn off. Blue bird day none the less.
